Most clients spend 15–30 minutes per week on coaching calls, plus a few seconds per day to check in and track their habit. The system is designed to fit into your life - not take it over.

Is this 1:1 coaching?

Yes. All coaching calls and guidance are 1:1 and personalised to your goals, habits, and schedule. This is not a group program or pre-recorded content.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. If you miss a check-in, we adjust the plan and continue forward — no punishment, no reset. The focus is consistency over time, not perfection.

Can I change my habit focus?

Yes. Habits evolve. We can refine, replace, or scale your habit as needed to ensure it continues to serve your goals.

What happens after 3 months?

After your coaching plan expires, you can continue coaching month-to-month, reduce support, or transition to using the Matrix system independently - with habits and systems already in place.

3-Month Plan's will stay on the reduced weekly rate.
