What is the Matrix Habit Tracker?
The Matrix Habit Tracker is a physical habit tracking tool with three unique modes: Tally, 24-Hour, and Weekly. It's designed to help you stay consistent, motivated, and visually connected to your habits.
Who is this for?
It’s great for anyone wanting to build better habits—especially visual learners, fitness enthusiasts, and people with ADHD who benefit from external structure and instant feedback.
Does it need an app or phone to work?
Nope! The Matrix Habit Tracker is completely analog. No apps, no distractions—just tap and track.
Can I reset my tracker?
Yes! You can manually reset your tracker anytime using the built-in reset function. Hold down the reset button for 3 seconds in the mode you want to reset. It’s quick and easy to start fresh.
Will I lose my data if I unplug it?
Nope! The data is saved every time you activate it, just set the date and time again and you are good to go!
What if I miss a day?
Power-cycle and set the time to the day you missed. This will allow you to update any missed days or week as required. (Don’t cheat your goals!)
Can I program the MHT?
Yes! Plug directly into the USB-C and tinker away. (Arduino IDE - Waveshare ESP32-S3-Zero)
