Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard shipping across Australia.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

Express shipping options may be available depending on your location.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Support@matrixhabit.com and we’ll investigate the issue.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns that do not fall under 'Damages and Issues' will require customer to return at own cost to be eligible for a full refund. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
